- Geocaching: Lac du Jaunay and the surrounding area are home to numerous caches. You can find them using GPS coordinates or an educational booklet available from the tourist office.

Don't miss the pearls that dot the area around the Lac du Jaunay. On the shore left, à Saint-Julien-des-Landesthe Grange de la Baudrière is a place for summer entertainment. It is 9 km from our campsite. In La Chapel-Hermierthe Moulin des Rochelles is a magical photo spot, just 10 km from our accommodation. Le road bridge between La Baudrière and Châteaulong also guarantees breathtaking panoramic views. Finally, for a moment of pure serenity, look for the small spring between Le Pré and Châteaulong.Rules to preserve the site
If you're one of those holidaymakers who's sensitive to the planet, you'll have no trouble respecting the unique setting of this site, so that its beauty remains intact. Among the rules and good practices that govern the site and that you should be aware of, you should know that the swimming is strictly prohibited in the Lac du Jaunay. The motorized navigation is also prohibited. So opt for canoeing or paddling. What's more, it's.., camping or lighting fires is prohibited here.
